After a layover in ATL, we flew to Guatemala City and arrived around lunch time. Bags were then loaded into our van, and we set off for Xela.
About 5 hours later, we made it to our hotel in Xela (stopped for a delicious lunch along the way, our first meal together in Guatemala). Time for some rest ahead of our first hospital visit in the morning.
